We want you to be happy with everything you buy from My Babiie. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided it is returned in an unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories, within 30 days from receipt of goods, (exceptions apply for hygiene and safety reasons on some items such as toiletries, clothing, mattresses). Proof of purchase is required.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Returning your item to us:

We take great pride in creating products that are above industry standards in safety and design and so in the unlikely event that you are not completely delighted with your My Babiie purchase, we will offer a full refund for items returned within 30 days of the shipping date as long as they are returned in an unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories..

We'll process your refund within 10 days of us receiving the item/s back at our returns centre. We'll refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Returned merchandise must be in the original unused condition and packaging, complete with all the warranty cards, manuals, and instructions to receive a full refund. Used items are not eligible for exchange or return.

My Babiie will not accept returns for products that have been used, including stroller wheels that show visible wear and fabric items that have been worn or washed. You are obligated to pay for shipping costs for any returned items, prior to the product being reviewed. Please insure each product for its full value when you return it (if using your own courier). Shipping costs will be refunded only in the very rare event of product fault. Priority shipping costs will not be refunded.
