Safety Warning
Never fit a rearward-facing baby seat in the front if there is an active airbag on the passenger side of the car. If the airbag goes off it will cause considerable damage to your car seat and to your baby.
Always make sure that your My Babiie car seat and base are correctly fitted in your vehicle and are compatible with your child and car. Keep the fitting instructions with the child seat in the car and always refer to them if you are unsure.
Using your Car Seat
For newborns up to 4 weeks old you should try and keep journeys in your car seat no longer than 30 minutes. For older babies it is recommended that journeys are no longer than 2 hours. This is because it is best for baby to be laid flat. If you do need to go on long journeys then it is recommended to take regular breaks, allowing you to get baby out of the car seat and have a chance to stretch out.
