We order this set however it came with no changing bag so when we tried to search for it we could not find it anyway. Outrageous.

Poor customer service and always out of stock March 4, 2018

I have been trying to purchase a replacement seat unit and bumper bar for my MB100 blue stripes pushchair for the last few months now. My emails are not being responded to and any response I get from the Facebook page are not helpful in the slightest. There is no telephone number for me to be able to speak to anyone and the parts are still out of stock. A part of my plastic clip broke and now I cannot strap my child in securely and all I’ve wanted was someone to inform me of when these parts will be in stock and no one is responding to this at all. Very disappointed as I love this pushchair but at the moment it’s very difficult to keep my child in it properly with only one side of the strap actually clicking in and working. My Babiie reply: we are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty obtaining replacement parts.  We would suggest that you use the 'Live Chat' facility on our website where one of the team will be able to assist you. We hope you will soon be able to get the parts you need and continue to enjoy using your pushchair.

No delivery November 23, 2017

Very disappointed paid for the item and for the delivery 2/3 working day I would receive my item, it's now been 10 days yodel haven't even been sent the item I purchased, there is no phone number to contact my babiie and every time I chat all I get is please allow a few more days, and that's not the answer I want all I want is my order, I feel very angry and would not recommend this company to anyone
