Q. How can I find out whether you have stock of the item I want?
A. Go to the product page on the website and it will tell you whether it is 'out of stock'
Q. How do I place my order?
A. Find the item you like on our website and 'add' it to your basket. You will be prompted to create an account with your details and delivery address. Pay with card or Paypal whichever you prefer!
Q. Why haven't I received a confirmation email on my order?
A. Don't Panic!! You can either go into your 'account' and check the order status there and get in touch with us quoting your customer ID number and we will double check your order has been received.

Q. Do you offer finance options?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans at the moment
Delivery
Q. How long until my delivery arrives?
A. Please allow up to two working days for delivery (Monday-Friday). (this does not apply to personalised items, cot mattresses and cot sheets)
Q. Can I contact the courier directly?
A. Yes you can, as long as you have the tracking number
Q. How do I find out my tracking number?
A. You can either find your tracking number in your account details or you will receive an Order Despatch Note from us which will quote the tracking number on it.
Q. Do you deliver overseas?
A. Unfortunately, we only deliver to the UK and Ireland currently.
Q. How much is delivery to Ireland?
Delivery to Ireland is £15
Q. What should I do if I'm not happy with my product?
A. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us, please raise a Support Ticket from the Product Support page on our website and a member of our friendly Customer Support Team will get back to you. Click this link to returns and repairs.
Q. My product arrived broken what do I do?
A. Click this link here and raise a ticket - a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). Please include a picture of the affected area.
Q. How long will my refund take?
A. Once we have agreed that a refund is due, it may take 7-10 working days for this to be processed.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. You can return an item to us via a local courier but do remember to include a completed Returns form which you can download on our Product Support page. If you are within your Guarantee you may be able to reclaim the carriage costs and should therefore keep a copy of your receipt.

Q. How do I register my Guarantee for the product I have bought?
A. Visit the Register my Guarantee page which can be found in the footer links under 'Helpful Info', or simply click here.

Q. How do I contact Customer Service?
A. You will need to raise a Support Ticket by clicking here. Once you have been allocated a Support Ticket number you can ring the Customer Service Team if necessary by calling: 01892 540378.
Q. How do I return my pushchair for a bit of TLC?
A. You can return an item to us via a local courier but do remember to include a completed tracking form which you can download on our Product Support page. If you are within your Guarantee you may be able to reclaim the carriage costs and should therefore keep a copy of your receipt.
Q. Will I have to pay for my repair?
A. Some repairs may be covered under your Guarantee but others may not so check your Guarantee here.
Q. How can I get an update on the progress of my repair?
A. We will email you to let you know that we have received your item for repair and will keep you updated on its progress in the Work Room and when it leaves us. But, if you have any queries along the way just email us via your Support Ticket.

Q. How do I order spare parts?
A. You can do this easily by visiting our Spare Parts page here.
Q. Can I get a copy of my Instruction Manual?
A. Yes, please refer to the Product Description page applicable to the product you have purchased.
Q. How do I care for my product?
A. For the majority of our products we suggest that you clean them by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Machine washing and drying can cause colours to run and materials to shrink or get damaged.
Q. How do I set up my new product?
A. Please refer to the Instruction Manual of your product.
Q. How do I register for my Guarantee?
A. Please go to www.mybabiie.com/guarantee and complete the online form.
Q. Can other model parts fit on my pushchair?
A. Other parts will fit your pushchair as long as they belong to the same model. E.g. you could swap your cream MB99 hood for a blue and white stripe one but it must be an MB99 hood.
Q. How do I set up my pram system?
A. Please refer to the instruction manual on the website. These can be found on the prioduct detail pages.
Q. Can my car seat be fitted with Isofix?
A. No, our car seats are not Isofix compatible.
Q. Can I use my MB99 Pushchair Carrycot as an overnight sleeper for my baby?
A. My Babiie would NOT recommend that the carrycot is used for prolonged overnight sleeping. It is fine for napping throughout the day when out and about and baby can be seen and watched. It would probably work out better to get a Moses basket or travel cot for better comfort, ventilation and safety for prolonged sleeping.

A. We do not offer a pre-order system but you can complete the 'email me when back in stock' option so that you are one of the first to know once they are available again.
